- Abstract:
- Parody of a cigarette advertisement. The word "utter" is at the top of the card, and the word "fool" is in large type, set sideways. The two "o's" in the word are interlinked in imitation of the brand Kool cigarettes. The package warning is in a text block below "Surgeon General's Warning: Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy." A man is shown on the right side of the postcard. He's smiling, dressed in a black shirt and trousers, an oversize red suit jacket, and black shoes and white socks. He's holding a cigarette in each hand, has another tucked behind his left ear, and two more in his suit jacket pocket.
