Photographic image depicting a surgical procedure on a patient's foot. The patient is lying on the operating table, covered chest to ankles with white sheets, with a mask over his or her face. A nurse is holding the patient's foot while a surgeon is working on it. In addition, two men are also present at the scene, one standing by the patient's head, the other by the patient's side, watching the procedure.
