Postcard featuring a black and white photograph of a nurse and a number of patients in a field. The nurse, a Caucasian, is wearing a white uniform and large, white hat. She is standing in the middle of a group of Black men, several of them injured. Two of them are sitting, with bandages around their heads. One man is being laid onto a table. The nurse is looking at one of the men with a bandaged head, and points with her hand, directing him to move.
