Abstract:
This production shows how the gallbladder is affected by injection of cholecystokinin. Scenes of gallbladder contraction and elimination before and after injection of cholecystokinin in a dog, a human with peri-cholecystis, and a healthy human are shown. Also shown are the apparatus and method of assay and of recording rises in intra-gallbladder pressure.
