This US Army Medical Department Continuing Education Program was recorded at the 5th Annual William Beaumont Gastrointestinal Symposium in March 1976 in El Paso, Texas. Maj. James L. Stammer of the Brooke Army Medical Center presents a brief case report of a 52-year-old alcoholic male patient whose endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERC) exam appeared to lead to a case of acute noncalculous cholecystitis. X-rays, photographs, and slides of the patient’s internal organs are shown.
