Abstract:
(Critical) This program demonstrates the surgical procedure of a right upper lobectomy with sleeve resection of the bronchus intermedius. The operation is well-performed and supporting chest films, bronchoscopic details, pulmonary angiography and results of mediastinoscopy are also briefly mentioned. Unfortunately, the earlier part of the film is confusing because the inflammation obscures some of the landmarks. Despite this difficulty, the program is recommended for thoracic surgeons.
