Abstract:
(Critical) This program presents the surgical procedure of interval appendectomy in an individual with an appendiceal abcess. Although there is a logical flow of material and the presentation is well done, alternative means of handling appendiceal abcesses are not presented. Thus, the program is recommended with reservations for general surgeons.
