(Critical) This program discusses many granulomatous lung diseases including diffuse granulomatous diseases, hematogenous/lymphogenous granulomatous diseases, pneumonoconioses, fungus diseases, tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, and histiocytoses.The pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying the radiographic appearance of the various entities are emphasized. The presentation is well done, comprehensive, accurate, well organized, internally consistent and current. Thus, the program ishighly recommended for internal medicine practitioners, radiologists and pathologists.
