There are four main elements of cervical carcinoma studied in this film: diagnosis, staging, treatment, and various unusual presentations of metastatic carcinoma. As the second most frequent cancer found among women, cervical cancer is a chief concern among doctors. General themes such as common errors in diagnosis, different stages of cervical cancer, and different treatments for each stage are discussed. Several informational slides and images of the cervix at various stages are also shown.
