Rickettsial infections are caused by an unusual type of bacteria that live only inside the cells of another organism. Most of these infections are spread through ticks, mites, fleas, or lice. This video includes a lengthy presentation on the different symptoms of Rickettsial disease and their treatments. After a brief introduction of the disease and its history, the presenter shows a series of slides featuring patients and their differing symptoms. Various graphs are also shown.
