This lecture by LTC Milton H. Leman Jr. was recorded at the 24th Annual Armed Forces Seminar on Obstetrics and Gynecology in October 1975. Col. Leman addresses the issue of lack of agreement on the exact definition of microinvasive carcinoma of the cervix. This variability in the definition of the disease makes therapeutic results difficult to assess. To overcome this, 56 cases treated at Walter Reed Army Medical center were reviewed. Col. Leman presents the results of this review accompanied by a slideshow of charts and photographs of patient tissue.
