This second resource package, Training Approaches for CHW/Ps to Support Medi-Cal Members, highlights the following topics: (1) Training for CHW/Ps, employers, and organizational leaders; (2) Considerations for MCPs and their partners regarding training CHW/Ps, their supervisors, and their organizational leaders and colleagues who collaborate with them; (3) Collaboration with partner organizations on CHW/P training efforts; (4) Infrastructure barriers and solutions to CHW/P training; (5) Curated resources and sample tools from established CHW/P programs to guide the implementation process.
