Chiefly black-and-white postcard. A woman in uniform is in the center. She has a Red Cross patch on her left sleeve just below her shoulder. She is standing next to a car. She is holding a two-way radio which is attached to a cord plugged into the car. There is a large receiver on the truck with an antenna. Behind her is a man, also wearing a Red Cross patch, attending to a man lying in the street. In the background are several badly-damaged buildings. Several men are in front of the buildings, two are wearing hardhats. A large red cross is on the top right of the postcard. Text on postcard verso: You can contribute to the Red Cross Fund through your local chapter.
