The surrounding grounds show trees in the background and a lawn in front, with flowers and a hedge. On the lower right is an inset illustration of a vehicle. It is yellow with black trim. The phone number is given "Phone 5-3141." On the back of the postcard are details about the hospital "Onondaga General Hospital, 415 W. Onondaga, Syracuse, N.Y., organized May 15, 1919, balanced budget since 1932, never received a penny from Community Chest (application denied March 2, 1932).
