Dear Sir, This Board wishes to secure a corps of Special Correspondents, one or more in each town in the state, consisting of persons who are in sympathy with the work of the Board and who will volunteer to aid it in the work of diffusing sanitary knowledge among the people, and of lessening the amount of sickness and the number of cases of death annually resulting from preventable diseases
