Black and white poster. Visual image is an illustration of a cartoon man next to a bottle in shackles. The man is wearing a large cap and a short sweater saying "Be cool" and showing his stomach. He is leaning on the ground with his arms raised behind his head and legs crossed. Next to him is a bottle of alcohol locked into one side of old handcuffs, the other side's clamp open.
