Abstract:
Multicolor poster with grey and black lettering. Visual image is an illustration of a cartoon man's head exploding. The man is wearing a short shirt with the letter C and a thunderbolt, showing his stomach. He has his fingers stuck into his ears as the top of his head explodes up. Behind his head is a white blast, and he is completely white with black lines. There is a smaller image of his head above the title. The top of the poster is a mix of black, white, and yellow stripes, with the rest of the poster yellow with some white. In the bottom right corner is the logo for Stichting Voorkom in yellow, white, and black text within a black and yellow rectangle. Left of this is the Kinderpostzegels logo of a white smiling face with a large yellow crown on, covering the eyes. Blow is slang for smoking cannabis.
