Multicolor folded advertisement with red, blue, and black lettering. Visual image is an illustrated map of mainland U.S. with 48 states, and 38 portraits of state governors around it. The states are colored in light purples, oranges, pinks, yellows, and greens. The portraits are black & white from the bust up, all wearing dark suits, with a red border around everything.
