Abstract:
Postcard of Lost Valley Pharmacy in Jermyn, Texas. Card features a hand-colored black and white photo reproduction of the inside of the drugstore. On the right is a soda bar with a large mirror behind the counter, the frame painted brown. A young man is seated behind the counter, leaning on it. Two men and a woman stand on the other side of the bar, also leaning on it. The rightmost older man has on a brown coat, looking at the middle man in a grey suit. The woman is wearing a long dark dress, her elbow on a glass display case. Behind the bar are cabinets full of bottles, and on the left is a green couch. On the floor are two yellow spittoons. On the verso is the address, "Mr. Ben J. Harris, Omaha, Neb." and a green stamp saying "U.S. Postage, one cent."
