Postcard of Koffel's Drug Store in Knox, Indiana. Card features a black and white photo reproduction of the outside of the drugstore. The building is two stories tall at a street corner, with the store on the first floor and many windows on the second floor. Left of the drugstore is Farmers State Bank and two parked cars. At the corner is a lamp post, and right of the store is a telephone pole, a person, and a car. On the brick wall right of the drugstore is painted advertising for "Koffel's Drug Store, the Nyal store, prescription accuracy, fountain service" and "Paints, wallpaper, sodas, varnish, Kodaks, films, stationary." On the second floor corner is a vertical sign for "Prescriptions."
