Advertisement for Dr. Hartman's Pe-ru-na. Card features a black and white illustration of the Palace of Electricity with many people walking in front of it. In the center is a large fountain with some smaller fountains and plants around it. The palace is decorated with many lights, arches, stained glass and two domes on the sides. At the very top of the palace is a statue of a hippogriff-drawn chariot carrying a star-like ball of light.
