Abstract:
Advertisement for Goudron Guyot (Tar Guyot). Card features a color illustration of a mail carrier on a horse being chased by a group of Mexican Indians in an arid region. The bearded carrier wears a red poncho, green pants and a tan hat and is looking back. The chasers have Indian headdress with feathers on and hold spears, and a leading man has a rope. In the top right corner is a flag of Mexico and in the bottom left corner is a 5-cent Mexican postage stamp.
