Besides listing the new medical school's faculty members, the entrance requirements, the tuition fees, and the first year courses, this announcement also notes that funds from the Women's Medical Committee and Miss Mary E. Garrett have made it possible to open the school. At the end of the announcement there is a copy of the terms of Miss Garrett's bequest, which include the admission of women on the same terms as men.
