In this interview with Dr. Donald A. B. Lindberg, Mrs. DeBakey talks about life with Dr. DeBakey, including their courtship and 1975 marriage, their daughter Olga, and their travels all over the world. She also discusses her husband's dedication to surgery and cardiac research, and to helping his patients; and she reflects on his kindness as well as his often perfectionistic work ethic.
