Abstract:
After exposing the poor conditions in Oklahoma's mental hospitals, Gorman wrote several series of articles on states and institutions that cared effectively for the mentally ill, including the Colorado Psychopathic Hospital in Denver, and the Colorado State Hospital at Pueblo.
