Abstract:
Advertisement for "Alcool de Menthe Piperita". Card features a color illustration of a family of four with some New Year gifts. The father is to the far right, holding a paper that says "Annee 1898 1 Janvier" in one hand while pointing to gifts with the other. Two girls, one older than the other, look excitedly at the gifts. Behind them is their mother who has her hands clasped together by her chest. There is a table with a flower vase and necklace on top, a doll in a small chair, and a horse tricycle as gifts. To the far left of the image is an ace of clubs card.
