Abstract:
Color postcard featuring a photograph of three naked women and a small child sitting in a wood-paneled sauna. There is a metal lamp hanging from the ceiling and a red and white checked curtain on one side. Two are sitting on the top seat of a wooden bench, both holding small birch sauna whisks in front of them. The one on the left is smiling towards the camera. The one on the right is looking down. A woman with a child on her lap is sitting on the lower part of the bench; both are looking to their right at the container that generates steam. The woman is smiling and holding a large birch sauna whisk. The child is holding a small toy. There is also a woman in a white uniform and hat, holding a shallow bowl. She is looking down and smiling at the child. Steam from the sauna appears in the top left of the postcard.
