Advertisement for Vitacarnol, fortified tonic. Card features a color illustration of a circus with the title in black lettering in the bottom left corner. There are two men and a blue bear-like animal in a circus ring. In the middle is a clown with a beard wearing a green jacket, blue striped pants, and holding an old black top hat. To the right is the ringmaster wearing a black tailcoat, blue bowtie and vest, and red pants. He is holding a blue top hat and a bouquet of flowers. The background is red with string lights strung up.
