Advertisement for Mrs. S.A. Allen's World's Hair Restorer. Card features a color illustration of a girl holding a small birdcage with a yellow bird inside. The girl is leaning against a wooden fence and wearing a red and blue sleeveless dress with a red kerchief on her head. She is holding the birdcage with both hands and smiling down at the bird, which is poking its head through the open side of the cage. The verso of the card has black-and-white decorative vines surrounding the advertisement text, as well as a black-and-white illustration of a woman with very long and full hair.
