Abstract:
Advertisement for Vin de Bugeaud tonic wine fortified with cinchona and cocoa, manufactured by P. Lebeault & Cie of Paris, France. Card features a color illustration of a young boy and girl at the seaside. They both are holding nets on long handles and are using them to collect sea shells on the beach. The girl is peering into the boy's net as he reaches in to inspect the shells he's gathered. The boy is wearing a blue and white outfit with a straw hat. The girl is wearing blue short pants, a red and white blouse and a blue beret. The illustration is surrounded by a gold rectangular border. The verso of the card has a black and white illustration of a bottle of Vin de Bugeaud.
