Abstract:
Advertisement for Clacquesin pine tar liqueur, created by French pharmacist and herbalist Paul Clacquesin. Card features a color illustration of two men on a country road. The man who is speaking is dressed in an expensive suit with a top hat and white gloves. He is pointing at the other man as he talks, telling him to drink Clacquesin morning and night to cure his stomach problems. In the background a rooster and a small cottage can be seen. The illustration is surrounded by a red rectangular border. On the verso of the card is a black and white illustration of a bottle of Clacquesin.
