Abstract:
Advertisement for Tisane Cisbey, Cisbey Herbal Tea for constipation. Card features a color portrait of Charles the Bold (1433-1477). The portrait is inside a round frame encircled by a wreath of leaves. In the portrait Charles is wearing a suit of armor with the visor to his helmet lifted. Below is an illustration of Charles speaking privately with King Louis XI at a military encampment beside a river. Tents and other soldiers can be seen in the background. At the bottom of the illustration is a reproduction of Charles the Bold's autograph.
