Advertisement for Tisane Cisbey, Cisbey Herbal Tea for constipation. Card features a color illustration of a rebus puzzle that forms the French saying, "Il n'est pire sourd que celui qui ne veut pas entendre." The pictures used to form the puzzle are: a map of an island, an ear of wheat, a sou coin, a cane, a glass salt dish, a young boy holding a sign that reads "à mon oncle", a pair of footprints, and a man cleaning out his ear.
