Advertisement for Berlingots-Eysséric, manufactured by Gustave Eysséric, a confectioner. Card features a color illustration of a woman in Roman times, sitting and playing with two small children. The woman is sitting with her feet on a footstool and she has one hand lifted above her head, holding a string with a live red bird attached to it. One of the children is reaching up with both of his arms, trying to catch the bird as it flutters above him. The other child is standing next to the woman and watching the game. They are wearing clothing of the period in various colors.
