Abstract:
The front of the card features two men walking arm in arm, a man in the navy dressed in blue uniform and a man in the army dressed in green uniform. They are tilting their heads toward each other and smiling. In the title, the words "Uncle Sam" are in blue lettering. The rest of the title lettering is white. Two stars appear on the top of card on either side of the first line of the title, and on the bottom the word "not" in underlined in red. On the back, there is an "out loud" message in the middle of the card: "Arm yourself with the facts. The war against AIDS ain't over yet." Above, against a red background, is fiction: "He's safe cause he gets tested." Below, against yellow background, is fact: "Even if he tested negative today, if he had any unprotected sex or shared needles in the past 3 months, he could still be positive." Phone number to call for information about risk factors is provided.
