Postcard featuring a photograph of a patient in military uniform being transported on a stretcher via bicycle. The patient is lying down with his head slightly raised. The stretcher has 2 wheels and is attached to the bicycle, which is being ridden by a soldier. They are on a grassy field. There is one man on horseback in the mid-ground and several more on horseback in the background near a riverbank. There are buildings in the far background on the other side of the river.
