Abstract:
Black and white postcard featuring a photograph of nurses sitting with female patients. Three of the patients are seated and one is lying under the covers in the bed on the right. All are wearing hospital gowns or robes. One nurse wears a white, long-sleeved dress and a white cap that covers her hair. The second nurse is seated in the middle bed between patients. She also is dressed in all white with a white cap. There appears to be a small fir tree on one bed and one nurse is holding a small doll, suggesting this is a holiday scene.
