Postcard featuring a color illustration of a nurse in a blue dress with a high white collar, white cap and apron. She is carrying a tray with a white tea set. Large Red Cross emblems are displayed on her apron and arm band. The picture is enclosed in an oval frame and is positioned on the left side of the postcard. On the right hand side are the words: "Wide as the world is her kingdom of power, love is her sceptre, her crown and her dower; in every heart she has fashioned her throne, as queen of the earth she reigneth alone, as queen of the earth she reigneth alone. Words by permission of Ricordi & Co."
