Abstract:
This study reports interim findings from a large-scale demonstration project and evaluation of Teen Options to Prevent Pregnancy, an 18-month clinic-based intervention designed specifically for pregnant and parenting adolescents. The study reports interim impacts of the program on adolescent sexual risk behaviors and other short-term outcomes measured six months after participants enrolled in the study. A future report will examine the program's longer-term impacts on repeat pregnancy and sexual risk behaviors at the end of the program.
