In this postcard, a nurse stands at a table, pouring medicine from a bottle into a spoon. She wears a long white uniform with apron and veil. There are red crosses on her left armband, apron, and the band of her veil. On the table covered in a white cloth in front of her are a bowl, a clear bottle with stopper, and rolls of gauze bandages. There is a shelf on the wall behind her that also holds medicine bottles and cups.
