Black and white pencil sketch in two panels. In the first one we see a tall male patient on crutches, with injured left foot, looking down on a diminutive nurse with a smirk on his face. On the wall behind them is a massage list for Monday. Underneath are the words: "A little bit of fluff?" The second panel shows the same patient on crutches gazing up at a gigantic frowning nurse, terrified. On the wall behind them is a massage list for Tuesday. Underneath is a single word: "Kamarad!"
