Abstract:
U.S. General Hospitals are under the control of the Surgeon General, medical officers are charged with the duties of commanding officers, all requests for repairs are to go through the Medical Directors, and enlisted men who are fit for duty in the field will not be detailed to work in the General Hospitals in any capacity.
