Abstract:
Discusses the sentencing of Colonel D.J. Nevin to be cashiered. It was not approved owing to irregularities in the proceedings, then sent to the President asking for Nevin's dismissal, but that was not approved, so Nevis is ordered to be released from arrest and restored to his command.
