Abstract:
Major Augustus Hain is dismissed for drunkenness, 1st Lieutenant Benjamin F. Sceva is dismissed for allowing his command to be surprised and captured during picket duty, and Additional Paymasters Henry Foote and William E. Hoy, mustered out under General orders no. 208 of December 17, 1862, are reinstated.
