Abstract:
Payment of the one hundred dollars to the widows of deceased soldiers will be charged to the pay of two and three year volunteers, reminds officers to send in complete muster rolls, forbids officers to give or take blank receipts for public money or property, and Capt. Henry B. Davidson is stricken from the rolls after failing to return after leave.
