Rescinds much of paragraph 3 of Special orders no.185 regarding female nurses in hospitals, and sets pay at 40 cents per day plus ration. Changes the minimum standard height of recruits from 5' 4 1/2" to 5'3", requires collection of the addresses of officers, and sets the pay schedule for volunteers.
