Requires a parade of inspection after mustering to detect any imposition, requires a report to tell Headquarters when a mustered regiment will be ready to march and reminds officers that changes in Regimental Adjutants are to be reported to the Adjutant General, and the dismissal of 1st Lieutenant Walter H. Stevens for being a defaulter to the government.
