To the right, a spotlight shines on an older woman (presumably the same woman as in the other image, but older) holding an injured solider in her arms on the battlefield near a broken barbed wire fence. The injured solider's right hand is clenching the woman's right arm. On the ground next to the injured soldier are a helmet and a rifle.
