The little boy has a bandage wrapped around his head and his arms wrapped around the little girl's neck. The little girl is holding a medicine bottle in her right hand and a spoon has dropped out of her left hand. There is a red cross symbol to their right. This postcard is from a series of 12 postcards titled "War Nurses," published in the United States, all featuing the little girl.
