Postcard featuring a black and white photograph of three women and one man taking care of babies. The man, who is dressed in a white coat, is standing behind the women and is looking down at a baby that he is holding in his arms. The three women are dressed as nurses, with white aprons and hats. One nurse has some keys hanging from her apron. She is holding a baby near a tub and looking up. The nurse in the middle seems to be smiling as she looks down at a baby that she is holding. The third nurse is sitting and holding a bottle to a baby dressed in white.
